Three Weeks Is A Long Time
Dear Class,
Three weeks is a long time. It feels a bit surreal. (Vocabulary word alert!) I hope that all of you decide to spend some time every day working on educational activities. Here is a list of suggestions:
- Use Kidblog to practice your writing and typing. You can also interact with your friends (or your teacher) on Kidblog.
- Practice your math facts on Reflex.
- Read a good novel. Aim for at least 45 minutes daily. (Bonus: Post about it on Kidblog.) You can probably read at least 3 books in 3 weeks.
- Make sure you get your Iready minutes in both reading and math every week.
- Practice typing using Typing.com through Clever.
- Visit Khan Academy and learn new math concepts.
- Use Teacherp for educational content. I will try to post there multiple times each week. Leave a comment so I know you were there.
- Go to RocketLit on Clever. I will try to post new articles with fascinating scientific knowledge. :)
- Learn about coding on Code.org or use any of the other links on Clever.
- Find more educational websites and post them on Kidblog, so that other students will know.
I look forward to seeing all of you in 3 weeks. Take care of yourselves and your families. Read every day. You are all awesome kids.
Sincerely,
Teacherp
