Was it a car or a cat I saw?

What in the world is teacherp posting? ---> Palindromes.

Palindromes are words, phrases, or sentences that are spelled exactly the same forwards and backwards. In the story Holes, Stanley Yelnats has a name that is a palindrome. His family is very proud of this and names all of their boys Stanley.

Memorial Day

Do you know why we have a holiday this weekend? Memorial Day is about much more than a day off, barbeques, and picnics. It is a day to remember those who have fallen in wars.
