Summer Reading Challenge -- Book Lists


I have been asked what books would be good for kids to read over the summer.  My personal favorites for 4th and 5th grade students are:

  1. Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling
  2. A Series of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snickett
  3. Artemis Fowl by Eoin Colfer
  4. The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis
