Get your family to do this with you.  This lady is overly enthusiastic, but it's good for you.  Ignore the advertising and do the exercising!

Arts and Crafts -- Paper Mache a Bottle or Balloon



Learn how to make a paper mache vase or balloon.  I recommend using a glass jar.
