Express Pickup at Edenvale Branch Library
You can use the Edenvale Branch of the San Jose Public Library to pick up books. They have online ordering and safe pick up procedures. This is a great way to get extra reading materials for the summer.

Easy Summer Extension Activities
If you are looking for something to do this summer, try out these easy summer extension activities.
OGSD already has quite a few options available to you through CLEVER:
- Reflex Math
- Iready Reading, Math or Learning Games
- Typing.com
- Khan Academy
- Code.org
- Studies Weekly
- News ELA
- Google Slides, Drawing, Docs and Jamboard.
OGSD also has Flexible Learning Options available, which can be used for summer extensions.
Students also have access to this blog, which I will post extension activities on from time to time over the summer. They can also look back through years of educational videos and resources.
I will leave Kidblog open for student posts this summer. I will endeavor to check and approve posts weekly. You can share what you are doing, reading, learning, etc.
Finally, last but not least, you should participate in this year's Summer Reading Challenge for students at our school.
